NEXUS is a biennial, interdisciplinary conference hosted by the graduate students in the University of Tennessee’s English department. Looking forward to 2022 and taking stock of the tangled crises laid bare in recent years, NEXUS will adopt the theme “Community and Collaboration: How the Light Gets In.” With this theme, we invite conversations within and across the humanities, arts, and related fields, building opportunities to explore philosophical, practical, and creative approaches toward recreating a sense of collaboration and community founded on shared responsibility, justice, and joy.
